Striver.Football is committed to accuracy, transparency and accountability. This Corrections Policy explains how we handle errors, updates and clarifications across our content.

1. Our Commitment to Accuracy
Accuracy is central to our editorial standards.
Despite careful editorial review, errors may occasionally occur. When they do, we aim to correct them promptly, clearly and fairly.
2. What We Correct
We correct errors including, but not limited to:
- Factual inaccuracies
- Incorrect names, clubs, dates or statistics
- Misquotes or incorrect attribution
- Misleading headlines or descriptions
- Contextual errors that materially affect understanding
Minor spelling or grammatical errors that do not change meaning may be corrected without notice.
3. How Corrections Are Made
When a significant error is identified:
- The article is updated as soon as possible
- A correction note is added, usually at the end of the article
- The correction explains what was wrong and what has been changed
Example:
Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated the match finished 2–1. The correct score was 1–1.
4. Updates and Clarifications
Some articles may be updated to reflect developing stories.
In these cases:
- Updates are clearly labelled where appropriate
- The time and date of significant updates may be noted
- Clarifications are used when information was unclear but not incorrect
5. Reader Feedback and Error Reporting
We welcome readers highlighting potential errors.

6. Social Media and Platform Corrections
If an error is shared on social media or within the Striver.Football platform:
- We will correct the original post where possible
- If required, a follow up post or clarification will be issued
7. Accountability
Corrections are handled by the editorial team.
We do not remove content solely because it is controversial or unpopular. Content is only amended or removed where it is inaccurate, misleading, or breaches our editorial standards.
8. Policy Review
This Corrections Policy is reviewed regularly and updated when necessary to reflect best practice and regulatory standards.
